Jump Gate activated by a fighter
A Jump Gate allows instantaneous travel between two distinct points in space. Jump Gates were pioneered by Ageira Technologies and are constructed in partnership with Deep Space Engineering. Through the centuries Ageira has developed Jump Gates based on knowledge gathered from Alien Artifacts found at an excavation site in Manhattan during the early days of Liberty. It is Liberty's most valuable secret, and one that is jealously guarded.
The natural equivalent of the Jump Gates are the Jump Holes.
