The Nansei Research Complex is a research station in the Kyushu system. It is a cutting-edge Samura facility for the development of antimatter technology in conjunction with the Kusari Navy. The Battleship Nagumo maintains a careful eye on the complex as a safeguard against strikes by any terrorist group intent on turning antimatter technology towards its own destructive ends.

The Nansei Research Complex is a massive research station at the southeast end of the Ohka Dust Field in the Kyushu system. The equipment sold at this base is definitely of higher grade than most other Kusari stations. It is rumored that the main focus of the station is to develop an Antimatter-based engine. However, despite the presence of the Battleship Nagumo, the station is a popular target for Blood Dragons and the Golden Chrysanthemums.
