Administrators are special users that have special rights. See here for more informations on admins' rights. You can see who is admin at anytime, by looking on the user list and clicking on the column "groups" twice, in order to rank the users by the groups they belong to. Administrators, or "sysop", should appear on top of the list. NB: Wagnike2 is a automatic robot, it's not a real person.
